The Personal Lines Department at The Essex Agency sells and services among other products, Homeowners, Automobile, Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle, RV, Snowmobile insurance policies. The sales staff includes Principal, John J Handy, CIC, Shelby D King, CIC, Jeffrey Lyon and Rodney Putnam. They work with more than 15 highly rated insurance carriers which allows them to select the most competitive and appropriate carrier for virtually any risk.
The service team backing them up and providing wonderful customer relations and a wealth of knowledge have a cumulative 108 years in the insurance business. Customer Service Representatives, Liza Giroux, Jennie Wheeler, Pam Brault and Deborah Bouchard are there to help our customers with not only claims, billing and policy service issues but are fully licensed agents and ready and equipped to council and advise you on selecting products which are best for you. Cindy Belval, MJ Fitgerald and Dolores Bauer support our CSRs in a most valuable fashion, freeing them up to spend time working with and establishing relationships with our clientele.
Commercial Lines
The Commercial Lines Department at the Essex Agency handles Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Professional Liability and Contract Surety Bonding. The sales staff consists of David B. Holton, John J. Handy, Shelby D. King, Jeffrey Lyon and Rodney Putnam. The Customer Service Representatives are Susan Mongeon, Diana Blow, Elizabeth Harlow and Missy Luke. The Assistant Customer Service Representatives are Lacey Barber and Emily Mackey.
